Charlie, Office Manager / Researcher

Charlie has a background in communications with a focus on web programming and project management. Among her favorite achievements she has: managed a rock band, mastered cake decorating, learned to weld (from her grandfather), and found an amazing job at ETC that allows her to eat weird goodies all over the planet. In her free time she writes a food blog, dabbles in molecular gastronomy, and studies with RedR Canada.
